FBC Kids’ Night In

On Friday, November 15 we will host Kids’ Night In for all children in 1st through 5th grade at the Family Life Center from 5 to 8 PM. During this time of fun and fellowship, we will play games such as basketball, wallyball, ping pong, pool, and more! Dinner is provided, so please bring $5 to cover costs. Please contact the church office (984-7500) by Wednesday, November 13 to sign up. Adult volunteers interested in helping with this event should contact Ali Langford by email.

 

Ping Pong Tournament

On Sunday, October 6 we will host a ping pong tournament in the Family Life Center from 2 to 4 pm. This single-elimination tournament will feature both an adult/youth and children’s division. All interested participants must sign-up by Wednesday, October 2nd to be eligible to compete. Please call the church office at 984-7500 or email Ali Langford to register.

 

Change in FLC Hours

After Labor Day, the Family Life Center will operate according to school hours, opening from 5:00 to 8:00 pm each Tuesday and Thursday evening.  This is a great opportunity for the entire family to enjoy a time of exercise, fun, and fellowship!

 

Recreation in the Family Life Center

Walking Track
Come and join your friends and beat the cold or the heat and walk around the track upstairs in the gym Monday-Thursday until 4:00 and Friday until 1:00.

Racquetball Court
Racquetball court is Monday-Thursday until 4:00 and Friday until 1:00. Please bring your own gear.

Monday Nights
Basketball open court from 7:00-9:00. Open to everyone 16 and over. Under 16 needs to have a parent or guardian present.

Tuesday Nights
Volleyball open court from 7:00-9:00. Open to everyone 16 and over. Under 16 needs to have a parent or guardian present.

Cornhole Tournament March 14
9:00 a.m.  5th grade and under tournament
1:00 p.m.   6th grade and up tournament

6th grade and up tournament will consist of a couch potatoes tournament, meant for those who are out there just for fun, and a competitive tournament for those with a higher skill level that are more serious about winning.

There will be a lunch break in between the children and adult tournaments.
