The next Family Promise Laurens County Meeting will take place on Tuesday, August 22. The meeting will be at Chestnut Ridge Baptist at 7pm.
Habitat for Humanity Workdays – First Baptist is helping build the newest Habitat Home in Laurens. Our next dates to provide volunteers are August 17, 19, 24 and 26. These dates are all Thursdays and Saturdays. The workday begins at 8am and ends around lunchtime.
Our Fall Trip to Allendale will be October 20 & 21. We will leave late Friday afternoon, spend the night in Orangeburg and then work all day on Saturday in Allendale returning that evening. The expected cost will be $50-60 per person. If you are interested in participating, please see Tommy or Rickey.
