Sunday School Restart- We are tentatively considering early March for the restart date of in-person Sunday School. More specific details on the restart date and other related plans will be made available in the next few weeks.
Would you like to learn how to participate in one of our virtual classes or Bible studies? As you may have noticed, many of our Sunday School classes and Bible studies have been meeting virtually (online) over the past year. Even as our church begins to move toward increasing in-person opportunities, we will still offer virtual Sunday School and Bible studies online for those who may not feel comfortable meeting with others face-to-face. We understand that attempting to access a virtual program might seem intimidating, but it is actually quite simple. If you have a computer, smartphone, or iPad, etc. and an email address, you have what you need to join us virtually.
With this in mind, we will be offering a class on how to join a virtual program at FBC. This hour-long class will meet online on Tuesday, February 16 and we will offer three separate opportunities to fit your schedule: 10:00am, 2:00pm, and 7:00pm. There is no cost, and you can sign up by sending your email address and preferred class time to Tommy at firstname.lastname@example.org or by contacting the church office by Monday, February 15. If you have questions or concerns, contact Tommy.
Lenten Devotionals- The Lenten Season begins with Ash Wednesday on February 17. To help us focus on what matters most during this season we are providing Lenten Devotionals. These free booklets will be located on the table in the Sanctuary vestibule and on the literature table near the main office beginning Sunday, February 14. Quantities are limited- one per family please!
