July 30 – August 3
During this week of fine arts classes, we will seek to teach your children how to use the talents and gifts with which God has blessed them, and maybe even discover some new ones!
Each day, students will attend four 30-minute classes. Our kick-off is Sunday, July 30th. We ask that you meet us in the gym at 4:40 to receive instructions, your child’s schedule of classes, his or her T-shirt, and to pray for God’s blessing on our week. We will meet from 5:00 – 8:00 pm and have a pizza supper. All other days, the time is 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. Monday – Thursday, students will go directly to their 1st class. We ask that students not arrive before 8:50, because we want to make sure that the teachers are already in the classrooms when our students arrive.
Students should not bring cell phones, I-Pods, I-Pads, or other electronic devices with them when they come to church for Fine Arts Institute.
Please understand that in some cases we will have to give your child his or her 5th or 6th choice because of scheduling conflicts. Fine Arts Institute is usually completely full, so please turn in your registration form early along with the fee of $50.00. Classes will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Books, supplies, and T-Shirts have to be purchased early, so we will not be able to accept any registrations after July 1st. No exceptions will be made.
