Taking cues from the fact that the root of the word “recreation” is also found in words like “retreat” and “renew,” the Recreation Ministry at FBC exists to provide spaces for retreat from the stresses of the world and renew our souls in the midst of our business. This mission covers a variety of activities from traditional sports based programs to video game tournaments, dance lessons, and painting classes.
